Our offsite process involves the manufacture of buildings in a controlled environment while siteworks are completed at the project site. This approach allows for much greater speed, cost certainty, precision and quality control.
Significant Time Savings
Health & Safety
We work closely with our clients to manage every stage of the project from concept right through to landscaping.
Concept & Design
Our pre-construction team of architects, quantity surveyors, design engineers, and MEP consultants refine the brief and design all projects to BIM Level 2.
Engineering & Planning
Our engineering teams assess the proposed design before our pre-construction team submit planning permission for the new building.
Our site team prepares the location for the building which can involve demolition, asbestos removal, reduced level digs and incoming services including drainage and foundations.
The building is assembled in our precision manufacturing facility and fitted out up to 85% with walls, floors, roof, mechanical & electrical, painting & decorating and external façade.
The building is installed on site using sequentially numbered units, bolted together, sealed and weathered. Final finishes are applied and landscaping is completed.
Commissioning & Handover
Final testing of all lifeline systems such as fire alarms and sprinklers, followed by a demonstration of all systems and handover with Operations & Maintenance manual.
Complete Design Flexibility
Our modular buildings adhere to the same building regulations and standards as traditionally constructed buildings. The precision offsite manufacturing process allows us to consistently achieve excellence in performance for fire safety; U values; Acoustics and Sustainability.
