We apply software solutions and techniques which measure and track sustainability data which can be tailored to any manner of reporting requirements.

We provide products that have been designed and tested to be more sustainable in construction and in operation utilising efficient services design and delivered to achieve Net Zero Carbon in operation.

Design for Manufacture & Assembly

Our products are based on a DfMA approach, whereby space is designed, so that it can be assembled from standardised components, offering a scalable, repeatable solution.

Our Single Living Accommodation product is the perfect example of productised solutions for space, consisting of a standard 'kit of parts' that can be customised in line with our clients' requirements.

Manufacturing Excellence

Our two production facilities, Warrington and Hull, produce around 1000 modules a year, and our skilled in-house tradespeople complete up to 85% of the works in a controlled factory environment including walls, floors, roof, mechanical & electrical, painting & decorating and external façade.

This appoach means we can mitigate the risk associated with site built schemes, adding value through shorter programmes, designing out waste, reduced environmental impacts, and safer production methods.

Our SLA Product

Our single living accommodation product, adheres to the same building regulations and quality standards as any traditionally constructed building.

Utilising the latest technology, key product details and asset data, our design teams can create a digital twin of the product, allowing our clients and stakeholders to walk the space, input into design and customise finishes and components, prior to manufacture and assembly on site.
