Leinster Rugby
The Ken Wall Centre of Excellence training facility at Leinster Rugby is located on the grounds of the Energia Park in Dublin. This 2 storey Elite Performance Centre needed to be constructed on site with minimal disruption to the club which was to remain fully operational throughout the course of the build.

Due to the volume of training equipment required by the Leinster Rugby team, the building need to be able to withstand intense imposed weight loading and specialist additional features included included smash tile sports floor and an artificial running track.

The building was delivered to site in 1 day and the installation on-site was completed in 6 weeks. In order to avoid disruption, access routes were cordoned off to divert people away from the construction site, with a separate access route organised for evening works.
